Just a 10 minute walk to the beach and the amusement park which is directly at Santa Cruz Beach. The rooms are convenient. The coffee is very good.

The outside isn’t great but the room was really nice. Clean, hardwood floors, refrigerator and coffee maker. Nice size bathroom. There was plenty of space to walk around. Walking distance to beach Broadwalk

Management was very nice, helpful and accommodating. Honestly to the point of being able to overlook other issues. They also cleaned very well and I had no concerns in that area. Did over look the river and had a nice upper deck outside.

The location was amazing! Breakfast was great! Mr. Dave was super nice!!! Pool was a little dirty but we swim in the ocean an lakes where we live so no big for us!!
